
ZARK Educational Program
The Amrots National Development Foundation is a co-founder of ZARK, an educational program designed for teens aged 10-17. Its mission is to cultivate a generation that is strong in both body and spirit.
ZARK teaches teens how to navigate emergency situations, self-organize, make decisions, and take responsibility for their choices. The program also develops leadership qualities and fosters a strong culture of teamwork.
As a charitable initiative, ZARK is completely free for participants.
Program Structure
ZARK operates as an extracurricular training program with three sessions per week and consists of two key phases: Educational and Leadership.
Educational Phase
The educational phase focuses on: Physical and spiritual development
Essential life skills training
Four qualification levels, earned through annual exams
Hands-on practical training in:
- Physical fitness & self-defense
- Civil defense & survival skills
- Mountaineering & first aid
- Expeditions & camping
- National heritage and cultural exploration
- Civic engagement
- Psychology & personal development
- Spiritual discussions
Leadership Phase
The leadership phase provides: Leadership skills development
Teamwork and community service experience
Opportunities for Top Graduates
ZARK graduates who complete the qualification process are eligible for:
Scholarships for university education
Free instructor training for top-performing participants, allowing them to become certified ZARK instructors
