The Amrots National Foundation has launched one of its most impactful initiatives: the “3rd is Vital” social campaign. Our goal is to transform public perceptions, ensuring that families with three or more children are viewed as a source of national pride rather than an exception.
The Problem Everyone Discusses, but No One Changes
For years, Armenia’s fertility rate has hovered between 1.6 and 1.7, while a rate of at least 2.2 is required to ensure natural growth. In the first nine months of 2025, the birth rate declined by an additional 5%, following a 7.2% drop the previous year.
