“Tsil” 2022

"Tsil" competition 2022

Creative Competition

The Beginning: Planting the Seeds for Future Growth 2022 served as the inaugural phase of the "Tsil" creative competition. This foundational year was critical in defining the project’s core mission, identifying its target demographic, and establishing its high standards of excellence. Designed for youth aged 14–18, the competition aimed to uncover and promote creative talent across three primary categories: Literature, Visual Arts (including sculpture and fine arts), and Video Production.

Participants and Engagement

The competition launched with significant momentum, receiving approximately 275 applications. Of these, 250 entries met the eligibility criteria and were accepted into the official review process—a clear indicator of the immediate trust and interest in the program. Following a rigorous first-round evaluation, 18 participants advanced to the finals:

  • Literature: 14 finalists
  • Visual Arts: 3 finalists
  • Video Production: 1 finalist

Competition Stages

The program was managed by the “Amrots” Foundation leadership and conducted in two distinct stages:

Stage I (May 1 – June 10, 2022): Focused on forming the professional evaluation committee, engaging industry specialists, and conducting preliminary reviews of all submissions.

Stage II (June 23, 2022): Conducted as a series of in-depth interviews held at the Foundation’s headquarters. Of the finalists, 14 attended in person, while 4 participated via a digital format.
