Zark Educational Program

The Amrots National Development Foundation is a co-founder of the ZARK educational program, which is specifically designed for youth aged 10–17. The program’s mission is to cultivate a generation that is resilient in both spirit and body.

ZARK teaches adolescents how to navigate emergency situations, organize themselves effectively, make critical decisions, and take full responsibility for their actions. Furthermore, the program identifies leadership qualities in its participants and instills a deep culture of teamwork.

As a charitable initiative, ZARK is entirely free for all students. The curriculum is implemented through ongoing extracurricular sessions held three times a week and consists of two primary phases: Educational and Leadership.

The Educational Curriculum Includes:

  • Holistic Development: A dual focus on both physical and spiritual growth to ensure a well-balanced character.
  • Essential Life Skills: Practical training that prepares youth for real-world challenges and autonomy.

The Four Levels of Qualification

  • The program features a structured advancement system. Students earn one of four qualification levels based on the results of annual examinations, encouraging consistent progress and personal goal-setting.
    Core Practical Training & Activities
Regular hands-on sessions are the heartbeat of the program, covering a wide range of disciplines:
Physical & Tactical Readiness: General physical training, self-defense, and civil defense.
Outdoor Survival: Survival techniques, mountaineering, hiking, and specialized summer/winter camps.
Emergency Response: Professional First Aid training and crisis management.
National & Civic Identity: Homeland studies (patriotism through exploration), civic skills, and psychology.
Values & Ethics: Spiritual discussions and character-building workshops.

The Leadership Program Provides:

  • Leadership Skills: Developing the ability to lead with integrity, vision, and strategic thinking.
  • Teamwork: Fostering the capacity to collaborate effectively and achieve collective goals.
Community Service: Engaging in socially beneficial activities that contribute to the welfare of the public and the homeland.

Academic Scholarships: The top-performing students who achieve the ZARK qualification are awarded scholarships to pursue their higher education at various universities.
Instructor Training: Leading graduates are given the opportunity to undergo professional, cost-free training to become certified ZARK instructors, allowing them to pass on their skills to the next generation.
