Sprout in Armenian’ 2026

‘Sprout in Armenian’ 2026

Creative Competition

The ‘Amrots’ Foundation has launched the application process for the ‘Sprout in Armenian’ 2026 annual creative contest. This year’s tagline is: ‘Thinking in Armenian, Speaking to the World.’

This is an invitation for teenagers to share their world in Armenian—to write what they feel, capture what they see, and create in a way that only they can.

Within the framework of the contest, participants can create based on the suggested thematic areas and titles, or submit works with their own titles, provided they remain within the conceptual scope of the chosen theme.

This year’s theme is a call to

listen to one’s own inner voice,

to speak of memories, values, faith, homeland, and language,

transforming Armenian from a mere tool of communication into a personal, creative statement to the world.

He contest is open to Armenian teenagers aged 14–17 from Armenia and the Diaspora.
