«Ծիլ» մրցույթ 2023
Ստեղծագործական մրցույթ
2023 թվականին «Ծիլ» ստեղծագործական մրցույթը մտավ իր զարգացման երկրորդ փուլ՝ կենտրոնանալով ոչ միայն մրցութային արդյունքների, այլև համայնքի ձևավորման և մասնակիցների երկարաժամկետ ներգրավման վրա։ Մրցույթն անցկացվեց 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ից հուլիսի 8-ը՝ մի քանի հաջորդական փուլերով՝ հայտերի ընդունում, ստեղծագործությունների ուսումնասիրում, «կարճ ցուցակի» (short list) ձևավորում, հարցազրույցներ և եզրափակում։ Հարցազրույցի փուլն ու մրցանակաբաշխությունը կայացան Ե. Չարենցի անվան տուն-թանգարանում։
Participants and Scope
The 2023 competition drew 62 young creators from various regions of Armenia and Yerevan. Submissions were accepted in three categories:

Poetry
Socio-Cultural Creative Work
From the initial pool, 29 participants advanced to the second stage. This progression highlighted both the growing public interest in the initiative and a deliberate move toward more stringent qualitative selection standards.

A key innovation this year was the active involvement of youth leaders from the “Tsil” community in organizing the competition. This served as a vital step in peer-to-peer mentorship and professional experience sharing within the foundation.

The total prize fund for 2023 reached 1,650,000 AMD.
